About Me
What made you want to become a health care provider or what is your earliest memory of wanting to be one?
At a young age I spent 3 months at my grandmother’s bedside during her hospitalization which unfortunately lead to her early demise. Being helpless as I watched her struggle made me realize that I wanted to pursue a career in medicine and help people in their time of need.
What do you love most about your specialty? / Why did you choose your specialty?
I went into internal medicine for the complexity and diversity of cases I would be able to encounter and treat.
How do you connect with your patients?
I connect with my patients by treating each one as an individual, understanding that everyone and their cases are not the same. I treat every patient with the utmost respect and take my time with every patient.
What are your interests outside of the office (hobbies, activities)?
Outside of the office, I love spending my free time with friends and family. I enjoy water sports, outdoor activities, cars and motorcycles, and any project that requires the use of tools.
What is your advice for your patients?
I am big on preventative healthcare and provide as much information on my patients diagnosis and how to manage their diagnosis and live a healthy lifestyle.
