What made you want to become a health care provider or what is your earliest memory of wanting to be one?

My interest in medicine and passion for healing made me drawn to medicine. 

What do you love most about your specialty? / Why did you choose your specialty?

The personalized and continuity of care that primary care provides. I also enjoy the wide variety of cases that challenge me to keep up to date with medicine. 

How do you connect with your patients?

By listening and understanding their point of view and meeting them at the level where they can understand and manage their chronic conditions. 

What are your interests outside of the office (hobbies, activities)?

Hiking, listening to music, dancing, and finding different ways to spend time with my daughter and my family. 

What is your advice for your patients?

Take time to educate yourself about your medical conditions so you can be a part of your own healing and health management.
