About Me
What made you want to become a health care provider or what is your earliest memory of wanting to be one?
I wanted to become a Doctor early in life. It interested me more when I learned by mother had a heart condition.
What do you love most about your specialty? / Why did you choose your specialty?
I love the acuity of my specialty. The difference that I can make in making a very sick individual feel better at the end of their hospital stay.
How do you connect with your patients?
I spend a good amount of time talking to my patients everyday. I make sure that I know how they feel that day and that they are aware about their progress and plan of care.
What are your interests outside of the office (hobbies, activities)?
Playing basketball, swimming, being with my wife and kids.
